Carole joined JT+Partners in October 2020 as Director of Operations and Business Development, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s regional identity as a design powerhouse. In June 2025, she was appointed Executive Director, now leading the firm’s strategic direction, global partnerships, and multi-disciplinary teams that deliver complex, large-scale developments with precision and purpose.

Before joining JT+Partners, Carole spent nearly 15 years at Chabros International Group, where she held diverse roles, from Group IT Manager to Business Development & Public Relations Manager. Her scope spanned global partnerships, operational systems, sales strategy, and public relations—building not just brands, but long-lasting business ecosystems.
Whether managing the flooring division, streamlining supply chain processes, or driving international growth initiatives, Carole brought a people-centric, tech-savvy approach to every challenge—qualities that continue to define her leadership today.
