Currently serving as General Manager of SO/ Ras Al Khaimah under Accor’s Ennismore all-inclusive collection, Cem oversees all aspects of this vibrant resort’s operations, championing excellence in guest service and team leadership.
Previously, Cem held the role of Vice President Sales for Raffles Hotels and Fairmont Hotels in Dubai where he spearheaded sales strategies, revenue growth, and client engagement in the ultra-luxury segment. His tenure as Cluster Commercial Director for Raffles Hotels involved driving commercial performance and expanding market presence.

His sales leadership spans globally renowned brands including Atlantis Resorts, where he was Director of Sales at Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal, as well as senior roles at Rixos Hotels, Kempinski Hotels, and JA Resorts & Hotels. Cem’s strategic vision and operational expertise have enabled him to excel in diverse luxury hospitality environments—from historic cities to resort destinations.
