At the Royal Commission for AlUla, he was involved in cultural initiatives such as mosque renovations and the beautification of key roundabouts within the Journey Through Time program. Saad is currently contributing to the delivery of the New Murabba Development, envisioned as Riyadhโs new modern downtown under Vision 2030. His role emphasizes project delivery with a focus on risk management, stakeholder coordination, and sustainable execution. Publicly described as a transformative destination at the heart of Riyadh, spanning around 19 square kilometers, New Murabba is designed to provide walkable access to amenities, green spaces, cultural and commercial hubs. It includes the landmark Mukaab structure, and is set to redefine urban living, culture, and quality of life in the capital.
