In his tenure with the Ministry of Education, Fahad managed large-scale HR operations, including overseeing a staff of 172, managing payroll for 90,000 employees, and implementing rigorous processes for recruitment, training, and employee care. By fostering employee engagement and ensuring compliance, he helped shape a welcoming and inclusive work culture.
